Sheila’s Story

Sheila Zayas is a Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Master™, and Certified Breathwork Facilitator. That wasn’t always the case.

She used to live in a self-made prison of despair and emotional suffering. Most nights she laid in bed wide awake worrying about the future and rehashing the past. Her body cried out for her attention via anxiety, allergies and muscle tension.

But through energy healing, breathwork and meditation, Sheila broke free from the chains that bounded her to depression and defeat.

She began to concentrate on feeling her anxiety, its physical location, and speaking love to it. She meditated, journaled and attended Breathwork sessions and crystal bowl sound baths. She experimented with crystals on her body.

Undeniably, she had help along the way from masters of their own healing and light.

Layer by layer, Sheila began to emerge from darkness into joy, calm, peace, happiness and abundance. Now, she is happy, abundant, and her allergies have improved. Most importantly, she can sleep!

A fire ignited in Sheila to help others achieve the same level of personal freedom and healing.
